Our company is now equipped with 1 plasma CNC cutting machine imported from Germany, 27 wire cutting machines, 4 large gantry machining centers, 4 advanced CNC programming machining centers, 2 high-speed gantry milling machines, and 2 CNC milling machines, 2 sets of grinding machines, 1 set of advanced van-type automatic heat treatment equipment, and a complete set of metal detection equipment. 

After years of technical development and research, all our moulds use specially customized alloy steel as processing raw materials, adopt advanced processing technology and unique heat treatment technology, and implement inspections in every production procedure, which greatly improves the mould processing precision and service life. With an annual output of more than 1,000 sets of moulds, LAIFU is currently the most professional and largest mould manufacturer in China.
